Barbara Zuber is co-founder of the “school of facilitating” Berlin. Since 2007 the school of facilitating is giving comprehence trainings in “Facilitating Change” to executives, change professionals, HR partners and collegues. As an early NLP trainer she has been investigating and experimenting with possibilities of change, learning and self development for decades. Curiosity is her major driving force. She is using her skills in facilitating team developments and organisational change processes as well as individual coachings.

In our approach „ Facilitating Change“ we are using Theory U by Otto Scharmer as a change guideline. We combine it with the art of facilitation to deal with complexity and change dynamics.
