Rik is a design thinker and change practitioner. He worked for international consultancies and initiated various start-ups. His passion is helping people in organisations and communities to tackle their burning questions and complex problems. By combining facilitation skills and social design expertise, he brings flow in change initiatives including development processes, business modeling, platform strategy, team development and culture change. He has advised and facilitated large and small organisations and public-sector organisations in the Netherlands and abroad.
Rik co-founded the Global Complexity Network (GloComNet) in 2014. GloComNet is a global network of universities, organisations and practitioners developing theory and frameworks with the aim to act effectively under complexity and uncertainty.
